How does Spanish cuisine compare to French, German or Italian cooking?
It's inferior to all of them.

German cuisine is interesting for its Eastern Euro influence (Gulasch soup and stew being very different dishes under the same name, which is served depends on where you are), but generally not as refined in the North. The far south and west are very different but aren't very representative of the rest of the country. Italian is more versatile though.
