Redpill me on apple cider vinegar
>>
>>22109855
people drink it way too concentrated. you need to di-loot that shit to 1 parts per 20 or so. you should make some switchel with molasses, wonderfully invigorating
>>
GREAT as housefly bait since that's the only times I've bought it for!
>>
>>22109855
it's a decent ingredient that adds flavor to a dish, unlike white vinegar. Frankly I would say that white and red wine vinegar are inferior even since they are made to recycle bottom shelf garbage. Artisan vinegars are the exception, but at that point it's all apples to oranges.

I would like to see an apple balsamic
>>
I recommend it. Helps regulate blood sugar, makes the body more alkaline, cures a variety of skin issues with topical application. Your best bet is to dilute it in the morning with some lemon juice and raw honey. Couple this with ginseng, ginkgo balboa and ginger for better circulation, cognition and preventing a CVA
>>
>>22110015
are you fucking serious? on top of everything else in life you're saying people should do all this nonsense?

also
>cures a variety of skin issues with topical application

is anybody actually going to go through life stinking of vinegar? no, of course not. are you chinese? this stinks of classic chinese scam to me.
>>
>>22110016
Well now you’ve aggravated me.
Check this out; hemorrhoids.

scentless witch hazel.
>>

>makes the body more alkaline
alkalinity can be just as damaging as acidity
>>
>>22110026
interesting
>>
>>22110026
Dermally speaking, bases are way worse than acids on the skin, per distance from neutral pH.
>>
>>22109855
Helps bring the body into a more alkaline state apparently.

It's a must for making baked beans
Also good with some ginger, and garlic as an immune booster.
>>
>>22110015
>>22110038
What does being alkaline mean, like a battery?
>>
>>22109855
stop making these threads
it's just vinegar, there's nothing special about it
>>
>>22110136
it's snake oil nonsense
>>
>>22110036
i found this out the hard way
>t. hydroxide burn under my nose
>>
>>22110136
The human body is supposed to be in a slightly alkaline state. It reduces inflammation. Modern diets have totally thrown things out of kilter.
>>22110163
It’s proven, biological fact.
>>
>>22109855
Supposedly the best way to fix a fatty liver
>>
>>22110162
i suffer from bloating and ppl say this stuff helps.

It exists and it is wonderful. I've gone through a few of these bottles. This guy also sells a 20yr aged normal cider vinegar that is insanely good.
>>
>>22110276
Might have to look around next time in in the Normandy/Brittany region, there MUST be a place selling this
>>
>>22110344
Klwines.com sells it if you're in the states. 40 bucks a bottle, but it's worth it. Syrupy thickness, sweet, mellow acidity, and a nice molasses, baked apple, and a suprisingly fresh green apple flavor. I had a small spoonful just now.
Camut also makes insanely good calvados if youre into that as well.
>>
>>22109855
I put a cup or two in a bath with epsom salt and it makes my skin feel nice and soft.
>>
if you want everything you pickle to be sickly sweet and much worse than usual, apple cider vinegar has your back
>>
>>22109855
do shots of it in the morning, your anus will leak all day. is that redpilled enough for you
>>
>>22110254
Yes, it's a fact. And your body takes care of that regardless of what you eat. The weirdos that say to minimize acids and maximize bases are pissing in the wind.
>>
>>22110256
ppl want to feel like they're in the know about secret health hacks because it allows them to think they're special and not complete midwits

you can identify what's causing bloating in your diet and minimize it, lose some weight, or any number of things that actually work and aren't professing to be miracle cures
>>
>>22110036
Probably because they easily react to make fucking soap out of you, removing the barrier of the oils and allowing easier penetration, then I'd imagine the same applies to the the phospholipid cell membranes of "deeper" cells
>>
>>22110559
In terms of primary input, definitely, you're already dumping it into a big fucking bag of pH 2 acid, but maybe you want things that down field result in less acidic metabolites, I'd imagine the body pretty readily handles that through homeostasis and they've reversed the "causality" of inflammation perhaps resulting in blood acidosis
>>
>>22109855
It's just vinegar. There's nothing magical about it.
>>
>>22109913
>it's a decent ingredient that adds flavor to a dish, unlike white vinegar
fight me
>>
>>22109855
I used it to treat HPV warts on my dick, worked very well
>>
>>22110879
My friend is curious about how to do this. If you can let me know I'll relay the information to him
>>
>>22109855
Mix it with honey and lime juice when I'm sick as instructed by me mom and wife.
>>
>>22110904
>me mom and wife
sounds like a good lady
>>
>>22109865
I love drowning those fuckers. They don't get the ACV with the mother either. They get the shit stuff.
>>

Innerestin'. I'm sober now so have bloat to lose and my liver isn't very happy based on my last blood tests (but recoverable no cirrhosis).
>>
>>22110878
it depends on the white vinegar but the usual supermarket stuff is bottom shelf, esp the distilled kind. Still good for acidity but not much else.
>>22110461
Haven't been to the US in forever but sometimes am in France for work reasons, thanks though!

>60 pads
I fucking hate these
>get hemorrhoids
>doesn't go away after a few days
>groan and buy a can of hemorrhoid pads like in your pic
>use like 2 pads
>hemorrhoids gone the next day
>have a whole can of hemorrhoid pads drying out in my bathroom drawer again
>>
>>22111244
just put the cap on nice and snug anon they'll last a couple years.

also you can use it as a facial toner which will shrink your pores and reduce redness. you need to follow it with a moisturizer though because those have alcohol which dries you out. you could use a skin care routine
>>
>>22111248
>also you can use it as a facial toner
>shrink your pores
>reduce redness
I'm not a chick, what does any of this mean?

if's good for your skin so rather than waste the pads you can give your face a nice wipe in the morning and/or evening
>>
>>22111264
How are those three things good for my skin and is it worth me going out and getting moisturizer for?
>>
>>22110662
meds
>>
>>22111267
shrinking your pores means less shit gets in your pores which means less irritated and healthier skin
however, they have alcohol in them, which dries out your skin, which is bad, so you should use some moisturizer to hydrate your skin
>can't I do that with water
that will momentarily hydrate your skin, but then it will evaporate and leave your skin just as dry
>>
>>22110881
Just soak a cotton and put it on your junk when you go to sleep. But be careful to only put in the wart itself, since it can burn the skin (it's not that fast, it takes hours to even start)
>>
I once tried to gargle with apple cider vinegar. It closed my throat off and I couldn't breath. I wouldn't recommend.
