I've made a kg of greek yogurt that came out perfectly thick unstrained and a kg of "sour yogurt" called Zabaadi which is super tasty

I'm struggling to consume all of it though, and need suggestions on how to use it up...

I made Yogurt and Cucumber which was tasty and went well with the Zabaadi. Also Ayran (yogurt+ice+salt+spices blended)
The greek yogurt is too mild for these recipes though and I need to use both of them up..

If you have too much yogurt to eat you can use any extra yogurt as starter for a new batch of yogurt.

i think you just replace the milk/buttermilk in a muffin recipe with yogurt. not that you create a muffin entirely out of yogurt.

I like to add some to beef stroganoff to thicken the sauce and add a little extra flavor to it

It is good to use in most baked goods. Adding a tablespoon or two to bread recipes helps keep moisture in the crumb and will extend the shelf life. Also gives it a more complex flavor.

Blend yogurt, powdered sugar, and a fruit of your choice to make frozen yogurt.
Freeze.
Blend again.
Freeze.
Last forever.

Just eat it. It's yogurt. it's not cyanide.

There are some yogurt based marinades that are pretty good and have the benefit of wasting a ton of the yogurt you use so you get to throw a lot of it out without feeling bad
