Back when I worked in a cafe a woman ordered an iced coffee with 12 chocolate syrup, 12 hazelnut, and skimmed milk (because she was watching her weight).
There was so much chocolate syrup the ice in the shaker got kind of gummed up in it and made it hard to shake.

I thought that 70$ was the price Amazon US showed me if I was to order it from them in my country lol.
Btw the pan is super nice, I’ve been using it exclusively for eggs for 3 years and it’s still perfect despite having scratched che Teflon with a fucking coarse salt grain that for some reason fell into the egg mixture (it’s a circular light scratch on the very surface so it’s fine).

With that said, making an omurice on stainless steel is possibile but very hard.

Sorry for the potato quality, instagram decided to axe all my videos and drastically reduce the quality from 4k to whatever the fuck they’re now.

I went there and a few other 3 star restaurants in NYC when I lived there and made a lot
11 Madison park was the worst experience I had in terms of fancy restaurants. Incredibly salty and pretentious.
By the way my favorite 3 star was jean georges. It was actually a great experience and I ended up going back two more times.

I had kind of the opposite. I went to eleven Madison sometime in 2017 I think, it was fantastic. Now I think they have moved to a vegetarian menu so I'm not interested. The first 3 Star I went to in NY was Jean Georges and I felt it was more like a 2 star, which it did eventually move to the next year I believe. A lot of the courses were overly fatty with unpleasant mouth feel and lacking the flavor you expect from a place like that. My absolute favorite was Le Bernardin though, I had a perfect meal there. I remember really enjoying the modern and aquavit too. The worst starred restaurant by far for me was Uncle Boon's those niggers couldn't get a Thai tea right. Now I live in LA and it's hard to get a decent pizza. NYC is the best city in the world for food
