No, but I just gave an American friend a "recipe" (ovvero, direzioni senza misure) for Neapolitan brisket soup.

Soffritto of tomato, onion, carrot and celery in olive oil, sear a huge chunk of fatty brisket, add stock, cook at the barest simmer ever, add larger cuts of veg (no tomato this time) and potato, cook until done then serve soup and pasta (cooked separately) as first course then vegetables, potato and sliced brisket as second course with some added salt, lots of pepper and some good bread. Drizzle the meat and veg with additional oil, if desired.
