Are any of them good, or do they all taste relatively the same? Some have celebs making them some are made by dr's like this one etc...
>>22114532Sometimes I buy them at Kroger when they're on sale. It's barely worth the cost when on deep discount. Can't imagine buying them regularly but maybe the mail order ones are somehow better.
>>22114538What brand do you normally buy?
Can you air fry these?
>>22114532They're all grossly overpriced low quality food in flimsy plastic trays. The nutrition labels are always way off, especially with the protein. Why are you so against bulk cooking chicken broccoli and rice and buying your own tupperware. You could go to chipotle for every meal for the same cost as these glorified frozen TV dinners.
>>22114937How do they get away with the nutrition label bullshit? I had the beef Gordon Ramsay red wine one, the meat was weird
>>22114937>How do they get away with the nutrition label bullshit? All food companies are allowed a 25% variance by the FDA. It also helps that absolutely no one fucking checks, investigates, cares, or punishes, any company that lies on their nutrition label. Look up some meal prep company reviews on youtube and the most common complaint is that the protein and carbs on the label just doesn't match the serving size. A fake meal with 45 grams of protein but only 3oz of chicken and a serving of rice is very common
