Best Supermarket in the world.
Blows Whole Foods and Trader Joes out the water
>>
Both Aldi and Lidl suck, I’d much rather go to shoprite or acme.
>>
>>22114741
all their food products taste like plastic, how do they do that?
>>
>>22114742
Which Aldi?
>>
>>22114742
Try Lidl's canned smoked trout. it's actually fantastic. And it's sad that a discount supermarket has the next chain bakery in America.
>>
>>22114755
If you have to ask that question to begin with then it sucks as a franchise because a consistent brand implies a consistent offering of goods or services.

>Best Supermarket in the world
these are supermarkets with bbq joints inside them.
welcome to the only real place on earth, op.
you're little lidl is nothing.

Your piece of shit store fits in well here.
>>

Since when is Trader Joe's a supermarket? I've only been to a couple of them but they seem like a glorified gas station store. I don't get why liberals love it so much.
>>
>>22114741
>>22114995
Which also brings Bucees to mind. I've never been to one, but even as a literal gas station store, from what I know of it, it seems more like a supermarket than Trader Joe's.
>>
It's Harmon's and it's not even close. They are exclusive to Utah though so you'll probably never have the unmatched pleasure of going there.
>>
>>22114742
this nigga lives in jersey
>>
Isn't lidl trader joes with a different name?
>>
>>22115011
Flying out tomorrow to spite you.
>>
>>22115132
>Isn't lidl trader joes with a different name?
Nope. Trader Joe's is upmarket Aldi (Lidl's main competitor).
>>
>>22114741
Lidl's main products are shit from the ass, but some of their Deluxe line offerings are decent. I said 'some' since their Deluxe line is much more inconsistent in terms of quality compared to other supermarkets' upscale lines.
>>
Lidl mostly offers "this week theme is..." And it's kind of good to see what is sold in other countries. But it's always kind of lame and low quality.
Aldi (both north and south) are more consistent in their product quality. Fresh stuff is good, prepackaged stuff is not. Sometimes they sell locally produced stuff and those are okay too. (Like breads since they don't always have a bakery bit, contrast to Lidl)

Hannaford in North Brookfield MA is the comfiest supermarket I've ever been to. Good prices and literal fresh-off-the-vine produce and I'll die on this hill.
>>
>>22114741
Aldi is miles better, enjoy your Lidl slop
>>
>>22115331
That's simply not true.
>>
>>22115331
Aldi (aka "Ouwdi" according to continentals) is full of reject meat and produce that tastes like either nothing or like shit. It's a wonderful looking store and that giant centre aisle of cheap homewares where you can buy clothes and garden hoses and other junk is somewhat appealing, but it's literally all trash. All of it. Trash.
>>
>>22114741
Lidl is King because it's great quality food for pennies.

Sure, they lack some things, but you can pick that stuff up afterwards. The bulk buying should be done at Lidl.
>>
Lidl rapidly declined in quality since the mega inflation caused by the energy crisis in Europe. They are greedy, cut the quality and heavily hire Jewish former IDF specialist for their grewing IT infrastructure.
Lidl is garbage now.
>>
>>22114741
I have been a happy Lidl shopper for over a decade, but their app kikery is really giving me a bad taste in my mouth.
>have to activate coupons instead of just giving you the sale by default
>Tinder style coupon swiping
>Lidl coins
>Wheel spins giving you "free" stuff that is never in stock
I am sick of having to do all this crap just for my groceries. Considering switching to Aldi just because of it. That and some constant price hikes I keep noticing. And then they proudly advertise some products getting a "permanent price decrease!" that is then like 6 cents.
>>
>>22115358
That centre style is also overpriced. It's all stuff from Alibaba, Temu or Haul bit rebranded for Aldi and 50% higher if not double the price. A long while back, they had the exact same head-mounted camera there I saw online the week prior, except Aldi charged double.
At least other discounters know they peddle in rubbish and price their offerings accordingly. Not Aldi.
That said, it's not expensive, it's just more expensive than it has any right to be.
>>
What's up with the login? I use to login and use a telephone number to get a discount now all of it is gone. The phone number and my login no longer works.

Did they just fuck everyone over and go to a new system without migrating?
>>
>>22114741
My main problem with Lidl/Aldi is the just randomly get rid of stuff sometimes and it could be months before it's back again.
>>
What place has the knock off redbulls? They are decent
>>
>>22115468
You can get a tallboy of red bull knock off at the dollar store. Dollar tree.

Sometimes even anime themed.
>>
>>22115483
stop promoting the funnel to china.
boycott all dollar stores.
>>
>>22115485
China is one of our closest allies behind Israel. You don't harm those who you do great amounts of business with.
>>
>>22115429
>it's not expensive, it's just more expensive than it has any right to be.
But it's also straight-up trash and they should reconsider how annoying this is and how damaging it is to their reputation
>>
>>22115491
china is our current blue collar state and taiwan is the plastics division.
once we annex canada we're forcing american companies to build the plants up there.
>>
>>22115494
You really ought to work on your reading comprehension. I said it was rubbish. I said it's stuff from Alibaba, Haul and Temu IE it's "garbage", as you put it. Like a girl from rural China, there's no "but" here.
>>22115483
Dollar Tree announced store closures yesterday. You might not be getting your knockoff energy drink so easily anymore if your local is one of the doomed locations.
>>22115485
Funny enough, a large number of Dollar Tree products are from India and Brazil rather than China because they're somehow cheaper now.
>>22115500
>forcing
Doesn't sound very free market capitalist. Sounds very controlled market communist, you filthy fucking pinko.
>>
>>22115483
what ones are good ones
