What are your favorite things to make in a pressure cooker?So far I've made birria, chicken and dumplings, beef teriyaki, rice pudding, and flan. I've found it pretty useful so far. Gonna make a beef stew next.

Only used one when I without a stove for a month because the landlord was remodeling the kitchen. Surprisingly made a pretty decent beef stew in the winter. I would only use one if I didn't have access to a regular kitchen.
