algae cooking oil, the best oil for high temperatures, or a demonic concoction created in a vat not suitable for human consumption?
>>

>avocado oil
>clarified butter
>peanut oil
>tallow
>lard
>olive oil
You need no other cooking fats.

High temp cooking is 4 cucks
Seriously
Why would u deliberately introduce free radicals n carcinogens into ur body?
I mean its at least understandable why a restaurant would do it
Cause they have to get food to table quickly
But when u cook 4 urself, n u listen to ramsay n bourdain n cook ur food @ rocket temp thinking u some kinda super chef
Thats when u become a cuck

Peanut oil is 450. Unless you are buying unrefined which no one does.

Leaf Lard (pork fat that covers the organs) is
Lily White (that's actually a Brand) and PERFECT for both sweet and savory dishes
>The best pastries used to be made with such..a delicate and flaky texture

If it's genuine Leaf Lard then it has zero pork flavor (ie the best neutral animal fat)

It's also WAAAAAY cheaper than Olive Oil, Avocado Oil and Butter.

The (((usual suspects))) made it disappear from American kitchens..

its AI shit lol

>Smoke Point is not always = Oxidative Instability Threshold
>hence why the trash oils are bad for you on top of the Omega-6 imbalance/bioavailabliity vis-a-vis 3 & 9, and/or chemical processing taint just to make it not smell rancid so it's even more obviously nonpotable.

Algae oil is the best of both worlds, and a better Omega-3 supplement than frequently mishandled Fish Oils (heat/light sensitive). But you're still relying on their batches not getting tainted.

That's clarified butter. The other anon just used the human words for it, rather than whatever hindoos call it.
