Savory Bacon & Cheddar Shortbread
Ingredients: 1 cup flour, 6 tbsp cold butter (cubed), 1 cup shredded cheddar, 4–5 strips cooked crisp bacon (crumbled), pinch of black pepper, and 1–2 tbsp cold water.
>Preheat oven to 350F
>Pulse flour and butter in a food processor until crumbley
>Stir in cheddar and crumbled bacon,
>add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until a firm dough forms
>Roll into a log, slice into 1/4-inch coins >bake for 12–15 minutes until golden around the edges.


Classic Mincemeat Cookies
Ingredients: 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1 egg, 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 1 cup mincemeat filling.
