And I don't mean throwing up from eating too much Halloween candy or getting diarrheum from a sketchy kebab, I mean actual fever and delirium and massive vomiting and not being able to eat hot food for a number of days kind of sickness. You just won't ever go through it again. It's happened to me twice and I almost just switched permanently to Soylent and protein shakes just to minimize the risk.
