>>22125418they just kind of taste like beans instead of the crunch and roasted flavor people usually associate with peanuts. it's not bad, the plain salted ones are a little boring for a snack but the spicy cajun ones are good.

>>22125554The shell can probably still give a bit of flavor like boiling vegetable scraps for stock. It also probably helps them not become broken down and mushy while boiling. I don't mind it so much but it would be a nice option to not have them in the shell, I wanted to see what it would be like using them instead of beans for some recipes.
