I've been trying to cook with mustard. It basically ruins every dish. Now you know not to try it. I make my family eat it anyway.

Yellow American mustard is a non optional ingredient in macaroni and cheese. Not a lot of it but a small squirt makes it taste 10 times better. It's like adding cocoa powder and instant coffee to chili. If makes the dish much better without really imparting the flavor of the ingredient.
