Any teas that taste more flavorful and less like im drink soap out of a sock?

I'm trying to stop consuming black coffee because my nervous system is fried and it keeps causing panic attacks. Happens to me time to time, I drink green tea with lemon amd ginger but I would like something less earthy and more flavorful.

Sencha, the normal one, there's ton of variety

Then you can ask your teashop for the oddities that tickle your fancy like genmaicha or whatnot

I don't think you're really going to find something less earthy and more flavorful than green tea with lemon and ginger. Maybe you're brewing it too long or too hot and extracting too much of the bitterness. You could also try cold brewing. Also, cocoa is actually pretty nutritious and relaxing if you don't overload it with sugar.

Have you looked into something like nutritional deficiencies and a basic multivitamin to see if that would help? Or maybe an electrolyte like magnesium? Deficiencies can cause anxiety too and that's more common than most people realize.
