no pics but I made a batch of bstilla filling and put it in puff pastry to make moroccan hot pockets. now i'm eating the rest of the filling just with rice.

A mixed salad with one grilled chicken thigh or breast depending on what I have left, one avocado, some walnuts or hazelnuts for the crunch, cherry tomatoes, some green beans, a bit of red onion, one crushed garlic, some cress some vinaigrette I quickly whip up with dijon + balsamic + olive oil. Salt and pepper all over, give it a toss.Ingredients vary depending on whatever I bought when doing the groceries but the ones listed above are a staple.It sounds like a lot (and it is) but I don't eat lunch on workdays.
