Bought some of this because I read fermented foods are good for your gut. Is this stuff legit? Never had this or kimchi but I didnt see kimchi at walmart. How should I eat it? Did anyone notice a change in their gut health after incorporating fermented foods?
>>22126779If it wasn't refrigerated then that means it was pasteurized which kills the good bacteria. It's still good for your gut though. I never really noticed a huge difference from it, I had more success with other things like just having a better diet overall with less processed food, less coffee and alcohol, no artificial sweeteners. Even fresh raw fruits and vegetables contain some beneficial bacteria too despite not being fermented so you don't need fermented food specifically.

>>22126796>Even fresh raw fruits and vegetables contain some beneficial bacteriait's only true if you grew it yourself and didn't wash it
>>22126808Nah the bacteria is inside underneath the skin too, they're not sterile inside.
>>22126796yea not refrigerated. I know they sell kefir too. My overall diet is fine. I cook most of my meals and don't eat many processed foods. My issue is constant farting so I'm just trying random shit. Like everything makes me fart. It's really terrible. I could have some genetic shit but I figure trying to alter my gut microbiome is a good starting point.
>>22126840what's wrong with farting? let it rip
>>22126779>I read fermented foods are good for your gut.Exact opposite.
>>22126840>kefirStop forcing this meme you third world piece of shit
>>22126840>My overall diet is fine.Obviously not. You eat trendy poverty bullshit just for the sake of being a hipster. Your instincts are shit.
>>22126952you really need to stop crying
>>22126951You're the meme fucking idiot, kefir is life
>>22126779"Crispy" is definitely the wrong word. Wet stuff cannot be crispy. You could maybe get away with "crunchy".
>>22126951This.
