I use thighs because of the higher fat content and they taste better. Marinating some right now.And complaining about bones? Animals have bones you wimp. Thats what helps give good flavor and thickness in soups too. Stick to Tyson chicken patties. Maybe watch some youtube videos or take a class because your skills are not up to par.
