I worked for the local power company's customer service for a few years, they had a kitchen with a buffet style hot bar in the office building itself. This one lands in the middle. I'm from Manitoba and we have a huge Ukraine community here so growing up eating cabbage rolls was just a way of life. Only complaint I can see on this one is the tomato sauce looks very liquidy for cabbage rolls. This could just be how it is in my region, but the tomato sauce is usually much thicker.

Cabbage is such a versatile food. My favorite way to eat cabbage is to broil or roast or just stick fresh cabbage triangles in an air fryer, coated with olive oil and some salt. It comes out like haute cuisine, every time. And yet it's just plain old cabbage.
