I just landed two new jobs at 2 restaurants, one as expo at a diner and another as a bartender after working at a liquor store for 4 years. What am I in for, any pointers? The only job at a restaurant I ever worked was at a diner, I ran the counter.

Im not sure why they'd hire you as expo with zero serving or kitchen experience, youre in charge of making sure stuff goes out on time which is kind of important. Its like when the manager hires a 17 year old slut to hostess and she has no idea how to seat people at tables correctly. Id just try to get more barbacking hours.
