Made my first rack of dino ribs on the pellet grill. They came out pretty good, a little dry and less tender than I'd like in certain spots. Had some temp issues early on, which I think may have contributed to the less than perfect finish. Wrapped for an hour at the end with some extra rendered beef fat. Any tips for the next batch anons?
It sounds like you already know the issue, but keeping the temp at a steady 225 is very important
>>22133124looks amazing. i'm not a BBQer but i see them spraying apple cider vinegar before being wrapped
>>22133143I know. I prefer 250 though. I don't have issues maintaining the temperature because I use an oven. Perfect every time.
