For some reason I imagined an actual pizza with birria thrown on top, although in hindsight that was silly to expect from a food truck. Worth trying at least once in this form. Just be sure it comes with consomme of course, otherwise it will pretty much taste like any other quesadilla but be way pricier>>22133632Maybe
