Dairy has protein and calcium, pretty ideal for bone and teeth strength.
>>
>>22144158
it's not the protein then is it.
>>
>>22144173
The protein is part of it actually

>2 days without food
I think anyone at a healthy weight can do this if needed. Might be uncomfortable but like, still doable. I mean soldiers were also probably doing heavy lifting all day or travelling on horseback, but a day without food whilst travelling still sounds pretty...easy?

It's never a good idea to eat poisonous anything.
>>
>>22144255
>Capsaicin is designed by nature to be a poison to prevent things from eating it, but what do many people do?
Birds aren't affected by capsaicin.

Your body wants to burn sugar and store fat, that's the biological truth.

Non plant protein is needed in every single aspect of your body's maintenance. From teeth to vision to neurons, muscles, bones, etc etc.
You can't be this stupid, right?

they did, indeed consume dairy and meats (according to google AI, that is) I find it shocking 2bh, one would assume they included vegetables and berries in their diet *double checks*

>Yes, the traditional Mongol diet did include non-meat and non-dairy foods, such as wild berries, roots, grains like millet or barley obtained through trade, and wild garlic or onion

ok OP BTFO'd obliterated, troonified and dressed as pink maid

Are you a Mongol? Do you have prominent Mongol genes? Are you a warrior? Do you fight other warriors daily? Do you spend days and nights outside, training, fighting, camping, moving non-stop?
Nothing written in that paragraph pertains to any of us on this website. Mongol no but definitely mongoloid.

Fat is also a big player here. Fat from ruminant, dairy, and eggs is exceedingly high quality in regards to its phospholipid and fatty acid composition.

Raw meat also contains vitamin c which is necessary for the biosynthesis of proline and hydroxyproline used in collagen

What they don't tell you is
>mostly grain
was actually
>100% grain
There's a reason Chinese peasants kept getting beriberi from eating literally nothing but rice. No vegetables, no meat, no eggs, just rice. Compared to a diet of 100% rice, a diet of meat and dairy is significantly better, but compared to a well rounded diet of grains, meat, and dairy a diet of only meat and dairy isn't a standout.

The Mongols weren't superhuman strong because of their diets, the Chinese peasants were malnourished because of theirs.

Makes sense. Americans were tall people until snacks and fast food invasion happened. People got use to the idea of a bag a chips or honeybun Is a substitute for a home cook meal. Then the whole seed oil thing happened. The outcome has been a disaster.

Mind viruses. First Buddhism spread into Mongolia, with a third of adult males becoming monks, which was a heavy drain on productivity, and made the overall population pacifist. Then in the twentieth century, they caught a nasty case of Communism.
In recent decades they're pushed off the worst parts of communism and they have their own local variant of Mahayana Buddhism that's more fitting for the needs of a heavily nomadic population (even today about a third of adults live as nomads). They're not going to become a world power again any time soon but overall they seem to have found a system that works for them.
