>>22147769That's the amazing thing - it isn't.The whole scene is real and pure perspective trickery, involving oversized props, two differently sized cups and a table and chair Gandalf is sitting in that synchronized with the camera moves around and stretches so that it from the single point of the camera alway looks coherent.All so that the two actors can in fact stand apart several meters while giving the illusion that Bilbo is on the other side of the table next to Gandalf while being smaller.It's a masterpiece.Anyway, Food and Cooking... ehrm...
