I got a couple from ikea when I moved a few years ago and didn't want to use a shitty old style electric. They work great, my one note is make sure you get really deep bottom pans. It has power settings from 1 to 9, but on thin pans level 1 is nothing, level 2 is medium, 3 is high, 4+ is "burn everything to the bottom of the pan". It makes it hard to use.
