Late night snack. Peanut butter banana bacon sandwich, Elvis-style and toasted (sunglasses emoji)

Why no jelly, or sweet? I find this odd, because having tried both, a strawberry jelly is peak with the elvis.
>>
bet you're fat and bloated like he was when he died
>>
>>22148333
And yet? He still had bitches, right up until the end. Unlike...you...
>>
>>22148326
Elvis didn't actually put bacon on his peanut butter and banana sandwiches
>>
>>22148338
This 100%. I get hot twink ass. Fat bitches are reserved for fat bloated lardasses.
>>
>>22148345
gonna need a source on that
>>

Looks nothing like what Elvis ate. He would have them fry it in butter.
>>
>>22148345
somebody were paid to do it for him, surely
>>
Only had an "Elvis" sandwich once. The recipe listed the ingredients as bacon, peanut butter, banana and salted Pringles. It was very good
>>
>>22148677
they didn't have pringles back then

>David Stanley, Elvis's stepbrother and former bodyguard is often asked about what that Elvis ate, as people are interested in the culinary preferences of the music icon. He also revealed the one food-related fact that he thinks many people get wrong about Elvis.
>"Well, he ate peanut butter and banana sandwiches, and I did too," said Stanley. "I grew up on them; they're from the South! The media has made it a thing that it’s a special sandwich." Stanley shared that the sandwich was not unique to Elvis but reflected their Southern roots, emphasizing Presley’s love of Southern cuisine.
>"Now they said this peanut butter with bacon on it—Elvis never did that," declared Stanley. "They turned it into a fried sandwich—it was a grilled cheese type-sandwich. But they made such a big deal about it, but he loved them. I loved them."

Adding to that helpful anon there's videos on youtube of Elvis' long time personal chef Mary Jenkins describing and cooking what she cooked for him. There's definitely videos of her making his special sandwiches.
