I've ordered these from an Argentinian place near me but they were way thinner, not several stacked like on the pic. Like that's 3 sandwiches worth on just the top.

Any sandwich with more than 2 slices of bread is pushing it. You really can't get much better than a good toasted ham and cheese, it has a simple beauty to it. It also goes really nicely with a good cup of soup for a hearty lunch.
