In this thread post things that people find revolting or strange but you don't care because you enjoy it. For me I enjoy the combination of mashed potatoes and rice together. I like the texture of it. People think that I'm crazy But rice and beans are fine.

I love living a low/no carb, healthy lifestyle and having enough money to purchase a variety of healthy foods and not have to resort to low cost, unhealthy peasant foods such as rice, pasta and bread which can very easily make one obese and create a multitude of health problems including a premature death.

Duck is good too. I've recently learned how to make it more palatable than when I first started investing in my good health.

If I make a cheese dip I make it a lot thinner than most people would like it, way more milk-heavy than it should be to the taste of most. I don't make it this way for other people because I understand that very few would enjoy it this way, but if I'm just making a bit for myself then that's how I do it.

That's unusual but I don't think it would be revolting. I've heard that some Asian people won't consider a meal complete even if it included potatoes.

I like yellow mustard. I know it's popular in the US but a lot of people still hate it. I think it makes good dressings and sauces. I use it for honey mustard on salad, or I make garlic broccoli with it. On some things I'll mix hot mustard and yellow because I still want more mustard than I can use with just hot before it becomes overpowering. I think stone ground mustard is milder and might want to try that soon.

The texture of these when they’re fresh is really nice, I should try coating them in chocolate sometime
