i'd eat it as is, maybe two now, set two out for later, and two out to microwave
love thin raw beef

Freeze it then grind it into a fine powder for snorting.

Hot pot

what kind?

The kind where if you touch the pot with your hands it will probably burn you.

How does the beef get cooked?
>>
gooks use such beef for k-bbq (차돌백이/chadolbaegi). just sear it (grill/pan) and dip in salt/pepper (sesame oil is also popular, but flavor overwhelms the beef imo).

You stick the beef into boiling broth
It’s like Asian fondue

>>22155609
You could do French fondue, it’s a fun time with people

Anything else would be a waste

a phillip cheesesteak
>>
use it as a topping for pho
