>tries to show kids that chicken nuggets are bad by using all of the "icky" parts of the chicken to make it
>all of the kids raise their hand up after being asked if they would still eat the nuggets knowing how they're made

This reminds me of how native americans were renowned for using all parts of the buffalo and not being wasteful in contrast to european settlers. And here we have jamie oliver trying to say that using all of the chicken scraps is bad for you.
>>
yeah well I only ever buy breader chicken parts made out fillet
no pulverized joint tissue with arguably useful amino acids for me

you are a colossal fucking idiot. he wasn’t saying the scraps are bad for you. he was saying the shitty ingredients and processing needed to get it into a nugget shape is worse than just eating the chicken directly

homemade nuggets thread?
i have a vitamix blender now with stainless steel mixing jug attachment that i used to make pureed cat food pate from turkey. there's got to be a way to make chicken nuggets the way jamie oliver did, right?
what are good ratios of meat, fat, "misc binders"?
if you've made a tasty nugg i'd like to know what proportions you used, thanks
>>
he took me turkey twizzlers

>native americans were renowned for using all parts of the buffalo
nope. there have been numerous archeological digs at buffalo jump kill sites that show they often just took the best cuts of meat and left the rest to rot.

How do you get your retarded cat's to eat homemade food? My cat is so addicted to goy kibble that every time I give her fish or chicken she walks away. Actually infuriates me.

Common myth perpetuated by school teachers in the 90s.
I'm gonna tell you the same thing I told mine in 1992: European settlers were just as hungry and poor as natives and would have certainly used just as much of a kill as they could. The existence of blood/black pudding, steak and kidney pie, livermush, haggis and more proves that point.

The problem is you can't mechanically separate chicken scraps from bones like the industry does, so it's never gonna be quite the same.
>>
>>22157473
not only this, but the main reason the native americans used every part of the animal wasn't that they were starving, its because they didn't want to leave anything behind for the next tribe to use. in fact, any part of the animal they couldn't use they burned.

Pretty much random. A lot of cats are pretty autistic about food, so once they get used to a particular kind, they'll turn their nose up at anything else. Pretty good problem to have, the alternative is them always trying to snatch your food.

Some cats are just retards, but they’re still cutie ooties

Terrible analogy, OP.
I'm just fine with chicken scraps going to make dog food or hot dogs rather than something being sold as an entrée at a premium.

Oliver was trying to show them how much better a whole meat chicken strip would have been, and they're too brainwashed to know superior food when they see it.

You're part of the problem.

why does a blender make the chicken bad
>>

You think kids would understand any of that?

Just because you were a fucking idiot as a kid doesn’t mean all kids are. Fucking Idiot

>shitty ingredient
It's meat.

Oh no! The horror! It was chopped! AIIIEEEE I'M GOING INSANE!!

Get over it.

lol no, they used the cliff method for hunting, a whole herd would die and they will only take what they could carry leaving the rest to be eaten by predators
