This is a food for about 2 weeks.The cost was 110 PLN in Poland (28 eur/usd). So for one month it's 220 PLN (56 eur/usd).Is this a good diet for:-health-muscle building-not being fat?What would you add/remove/switch in the diet?Foods that are on the photo:4.4lb / 2.0kg of bread4.4lb / 2.0kg of red lentils4.4lb / 2.0kg of apples0.4lb / 0.2kg of coconut meat0.4lb / 0.2kg of poppy seed0.4lb / 0.2kg of butter2.2lb / 1.0kg of kiwifruit2x peanut butter1.1lb / 0.5kg of peanuts1.1lb / 0.5kg of oatsfew carrots0.8lb / 0.4kg of greek yogurtsliced beetroot in a jar
>>22156741>healthOther than a shortage of protein, it's alright. Not the greatest, but not too bad.>muscle buildingCertainly not. As alluded to above, there's not enough protein there for a normal, healthy diet, much less for bodybuilding.>not being fatIf you limit your calorie intake to what you need, you won't get fat.>removeCoconut meat. That's probably expensive for what it is and it doesn't add much nutritional value. If you like it or have a specific use for it, then keep it, otherwise get rid of it.>addMeat, eggs, protein-rich dairy (e.g. cottage cheese). Have a couple of eggs for breakfast, slice some cheap sausage into to your beans, have some cottage cheese with your fruit, etc. A little goes a long way, but you need a little (something like 0.7g per lb bodyweight per day, or ~0.4g/kg).
>>22156758Also>addAdd some vegetables if you can. Frozen greens are fairly cheap and easy to add to a pot of beans.
>>22156758>Coconut meat.I added it to the oats so they taste better.>eggs, protein-rich dairy (e.g. cottage cheese). I did eat cottage cheese and eggs, in the past. But I cannot anymore, because you need to store them in the fridge. I cannot use a fridge, because glowniggers visit my apartment at night and they replace foods in my fridge with poisonous ones.So I can only eat foods that don't require a fridge.
>>22156763>So I can only eat foods that don't require a fridge.Grim. Try canned tuna and chicken breast, maybe some shelf-stable salami, if such a thing exists.
>>22156741That bread is going to mould up in a week.
>>22156776>That bread is going to mould up in a week.It isn't. Can handle two weeks.
Why are all the girls at the Polish supermarket all so fucking gorgeous but their mothers and grandmas look like deflated balloons? Polish and Lithuanian women are the hottest white girls on earth and it's not even close.
>>22156877Slavic girls are only attractive when they are very young.
>>22156741>4.4lb / 2.0kg of red lentilsget a bit more of a variety... the green ones have more fiber btw.get more grain diversity, like buckwheat, rice, millet...the reason you want diversity, is that they have different nutritional profiles.
>>22156927>get a bit more of a variety... the green ones have more fiber btw.I did ate green ones, but now I can only eat red ones, because they cook in only 10 minutes, and I have to observe the cooking process so that glowniggers won't put poison into my food.>get more grain diversity, like buckwheat, rice, millet...I did ate buckwheat but I stopped liking the taste.Rice? Too little protein.
>>22156877because after you have kids... you can relax and get fat and bald... in the west, they push having kids off so far, that they endup spending money on cosmetic procedures, and gyms and whatever... >>22156900pedeau.>>22156763that's not really a problem... you can just buy meat of perishables the day of.
>>22156931>Too little protein.semen has lot of protein.
>>22156932>that's not really a problem... you can just buy meat of perishables the day of.I cannot because I live in the woods so I can't go to supermarket every day, only sometimes.
>>22156741>rice>beans>lentils>cabbage>onions and garlic>potatoes>whatever meat is the best value at the timefruit is overrated.Keeping some greek yogurt on hand to fill in the protein is a safe bet. One $5 tub can last a week or two and makes for a quick and easy breakfast. PB&Js are a bad idea but lets not kid ourselves into thinking its anything more that a snack and if you can afford to snack this is a bullshit thread
>>22156741>Tost>it's not tosted
>>22156741Replace everything with ramen. I don't know how much it is in Poland, but it's around $0.30/meal (half that if you eat the serving size) in the beautiful land of burgers.
>>22156933But it's difficult to procure enough unless you have access to a boar or a male zebra.
