Many aeons ago, they had one that looked like a hexagon. It was chocolate, with chocolate frosting, filling and icing. I don't know why they don't carry it anymore, I guess they have to have a pozzed selection. Occasionally, they'll have a Valentines-themed variant which is heart-shaped, but with creme filling, which is the closest I'll get.

The meat you see in the grocery store or heck even the milk and eggs are a result of a lot of suffering. I do have respect for hunters because at least they kill their animals quick and painlessly instead of prolonged suffering for months or years. The thing I'd miss the most is chocolate but thankfully dark chocolate has no milk in it unlike milk or white chocolate.
