For me, it's this. Buldak carbonara + cubed teriyaki-and-hot-sauce-tossed spam + egg + cheese + seaweed. Enough sodium to drop an elephant, but very tasty.
For me it's getting a box of Kraft Dinner instead.
I just continue to not remain poor.
>>22157569I may be poor, but you're an ESL and that's worse.
>>22157566I keep frozen thin strips of pork to throw in with the noodles off in doing boil ramen, or throw them in the microwave if I’m doing cup ramen. Add an egg, frozen peas, and sometimes cilantro tooI’ve done cheese slices and mayo before but it feels more junk foodie that way
I've stopped making instant ramen and just buy the noodles. Main reason being that I regularly make my own broths and keep them stocked in the freezer.
>>22157611How do you store your broths? I’ve been mulling this over and just haven’t committed to a storage plan
>>22157613I've been experimenting with it a little bit.But what's been working for me so far is that I've been freezing them initially in a whiskey cube maker, and then stacking them up in plastic bags for the deep freeze. It's been working pretty good so far. The one I've got is holds roughly 1/3 cup of liquid and the broth I make is pretty concentrated, so I throw 3 of the cubes in with a cup of water to get about 2 cups of whatever broth I want.Right now, I've been making a lot of smoked chicken over the summer and saving the broth I get for it during the winter. So we'll see how well that actually pays off in a few months.
>>22157569Tbf out of all the high sodium slop you can get from the supermarket spam and buldak isn't the cheapest. Real poorfags are rice and beans niggas
>>22157566Honestly it is just some soy sauce. Absolutely rockets the flavor up.
>>22157624> Smoked chicken broth Fucking based, hope that turns out!I’ve looked at silicone things like that but they always seemed so small. I hadn’t considered making the broth more concentrated tho, sounds like a good method. B)
My parents think I'm a weeb and they're right, and bought me a pack of Korean Ramen Topping. Most of the ingredients are wheat based for storage purposes, so the naruto and shrimp are anything but seafood based. But it still tastes good and it's fun so I recommend it
>>22157566Do white trash poor people really eat this garbage?
>>22157570>but you're an ESLSpotted the tranny
>>22157566Freshly grated ginger. Halal turkey sausage (product of BASED Turkiye, has mozzarella cheese as one of the fillings). Freshly chopped green chili and cilantro. A dash of cumin and white wine vinegar. It tastes amazing.
