What do you think about Canola oil?
>>
It is NOT good lube. Don't make the same mistske I did.
>>
Canola for everything. It's the most versatile and healthiest of all the oils and fats. It's low in saturated fat, high in unsaturated fat. High in Omega 3 fatty acids which reduce the risk of heart disease. It also contains phytosterols which prevent cholesterol from being absorbed in the body. It's also a good source of vitamin E and K. Canola has a high smoke point too. Also it's neutral tasting. It doesn't go bad as quickly as lard and doesn't require refrigeration. I mean for Christ's sakes, the advantages go on and on. Did I also mention it's also very inexpensive? Care about doing the right thing for the planet? It's an excellent rotational crop the contributes to soil health and biodiversity such as bees.

There's nothing better than going out to your garden picking some lettuce and vegetables, letting it chill and shaking it with some cold expeller pressed canola.

It wins in like every metric. It's a miracle oil.

LOL another one?
Isn’t the other one still up? The OP is barely different
There is no in between. It is either poison or the best fat available.

>muh seed oils
Don't care, keep using lard, fatty
>>
>>22158469
lard and canola oil have the same amount of calories
>>
>>22158474
Oddly though, the term used is still "lard ass." I've literally never heard anyone get called a "canola ass." Maybe I'll start a trend. Thanks, you fat fucking canola ass!

YLT!
>>
>>22158502
it was an insult when lard was the most common cooking fat. i bet there are probably similar insults related to oil from other places.
>>

One of the best oils there is, excluding GMO garbage, which is impossible nowadays. So yeah, overpriced olive oil it is.
>>
>>22157990
it's probably not great for you but sometimes you just need a neutral oil that doesn't cost $500. just use it sparingly.
>>
I don't like it because it makes a fishy odor when I fry with it.

I think this is just "carbs are poison" guy in a new disguise. Ban.
