>twirl pasta on
>stab chicken with exposed tines
>eat both

I don't live near an Olive Garden
>>
I eat them at the same time.
>but which one do you go for first?
I suppose I cut a piece of the chicken first.
>but which one do you eat first?
Like I say, both at the same time.
>so you blend them and drink them?
That is not what I mean.
>But then?
I try and fork a piece of chicken and a morsel of pasta at the same time.
>Which one first?
I suppose I'll stab the pasta first
>Because it's softer and more descriptively One?
Yes, and you can't mush a piece of chicken with the pasta already in the fork.
>But you can risk mushing a noodle while impressing chicken onto it.
Precisely.
>If you stab the pasta first and chicken second, the chicken is first into your mouth.
That is so. Sometimes I slip the chicken into my mouth and shelter my tongue and teeth from it while I await insertion of the pasta.
>You go for both at the same time, but one at a time.
It is true.

You can't use macaroni for chicken parm
>>
>>22158170
there is no option because the chicken is on top of the bed of pasta.
yours is plated wrong.

Eggplant is the poorfag version, retard. Just like Sicilian caponata with eggplant is the poorfag version of the original dish with dolphinfish.
>>
>>22160064
eggplant parm was the original version and it tastes better
>>
>>22158170

>>
>>22160073
Are you retarded or a bot that can't anslyze images? There are literally multiple instances ITT of chicken parm being served with pasta.

No, pasta is also traditional.
>>
>>22160131
In Italy chicken parm is served as separate course after the pasta
>>
>>22160355
No, it most certainly is not.
>>
>>22160373
Yes it is. The pasta course is first. Then the meat course is second. Chicken parm is never served with the pasta in Italy. They're two separate courses
>>
>>22158362
y not
>>
>>22160594
Macaroni is only for mac n cheese. The mac stands for macaroni. Different pasta shapes are for different things. They aren't interchangeable

The sandwich is America's way of debasing a classy Italian dish.
>>
>>22159318
>noodles

Chicken parm is an American dish. Alton brown covered this before. Italian immigrants made good money, enough for meat, so they came up with chicken parm instead of the traditional eggplant.
>>
>>22160610
What about shells and cheese? Or SpongeBob shapes and cheese? Do you even Kraft?
>>
Spic here, i would like to try a real chicken parm from an italian place. I imagine ive only had cheap imitations
