I got the cola part hammered out, what tea I'm gonna use instead of Coca leaves, what I'm gonna use instead of caramel coloring, gonna use citrus for acid, monk fruit sweetener as the sweetener, some Kola nuts like coke used to do.What spices do you guys think I should use?

>>22159122I was looking at using Hojicha tea for my soda. It has a slight caramel taste and nut taste, and when you think about original coke it was coca leaves tea, caramel coloring, and kola nuts. Hojicha seems like it'd cover several bases at once, plus it's dark so no coloring needed.
