Reminder

An OMAD diet consisteng of two egg sandwiches is the optimal daily intake, it's literally all you need
>>
OMAD is for retards who can’t figure out how to correctly manage simple biological functions like EATING.

Try OBAD, one breath a day. Faggot.

Based on primary sources from antiquity and anthropological findings, it seems that the usual mode of sustenance was to eat small amounts throughout the day. One or more full meals is a more recent invention. If you developed a sort of 'trail mix' with very few carbs, perhaps almost entirely dried fruits and nuts with cured meat and fish, it would be closer to how humans ate in most of our history.

>Based on primary sources from antiquity and anthropological findings, it seems that the usual mode of sustenance was to eat small amounts throughout the day

Ancient humans literally fasted all day and didnt eat until the evening after a day of hunting and gathering, so you can go fuck yourself with that shit, our stomaches are literally designed to digest one big meal at a time over a 12+ hour period not unlike every other large mammal predator.

And this isnt even going into the "3 sqaure meals" a day thing which is entirely a social construct made up during the industrial revolution based on factory working hours merely 150 years ago

Pemmican, or however other languages call it, is one of the oldest and most universal rations. You can't engage in strenuous activity all day with nothing in your stomach for prolonged periods.
>>

>You can't engage in strenuous activity all day with nothing in your stomach for prolonged periods.

Yes, you can, people do this every day, it's called work. You fucking moron
>>
>>22160840
neanderthals and northen european humans spent all day hunting, only eating at sunsent, if at best, otherwise eating every two days, just like a typical mammal predator, i.e. tiger, wolf, liom ect.

you cannot fathom this, because you are an obese millennial/ and/or zoomer who has never experienced fasting or physical excerise.

The proper modern human diet even today is to fast for 12+, hours or even up to 48, your body literallt benefits from it.

Not enough bulk. When I've done OMAD, I needed a lot of broccoli or cauliflower as bulk to feel full. But if it works for you, that's pretty nice as it takes an annoyingly long amount of time to eat that much broccoflower.

You sit at a computer all day. An output of nothing requires no input.
>>
>>22160808
those things are not filling at all. a lot of empty carbs. even if you're bent on doing OMAD, which is stupid, there are much better and more satisfying meals.
>>
>>22160863
Do you seriously think people don't eat at work? Have you ever actually seen what people who work manual labour do? They typically eat a lot during the day.

I've worked over 15 years in manual labor, eating does nothing except slow you down and make you sleepy, even sick. You dont eat until your shift is over, 15, 16, 18 hours, it doesnt matter, every hour you dont eat is another hour you have natural stamina. your adrenal keeps pumping. Eating stops all of that.

this is something you do not understand
>>
>>22160888

the stereotype of mexicans taking half a day break is almost entirely based on them eating lunch and falling asleep afterwards for the next 6 hours

>>
>>22160820
I don't believe this, it makes no sense.
>hunt an entire wild animal
>cook it whole since you can't really preserve it
>entire family (tribe? village?) eats a big meal
I could see foragers just eating on the spot whenever they find fruit/nuts/berries but once they had their fill surely they'd bring back to the tribe as much as they could carry, to feed the children infirm and elderly at the very least
>>
>>22160908
>cook it whole since you can't really preserve it
anon smoke curing is as old as making fire
>>
>>22160915
1. You can't smoke an entire animal
2. We don't know exactly when smoking was invented. It certainly wasn't invented thr same day human discovered fire. Human lived for an indeterminate amount of time without methods of preservation
3. It makes no sense either. You have an entire animal, and a number of mouths to feed. You will eat the fresh meat until everyone is full and then preserve the remaining food
>>
>>22160918
damn its a shame paleolithic people didnt have sharp lithic tools and had to eat whole roasted pigs with only their teeth that mustve really sucked

So much contradictory information

The only people i know who eat enough to get sleepy are fat retards. Otherwise, most of the guys at the machining shop I work with snack or have light lunches. Waaaay too many go get fast food..
congratulations are you super duper tough guy don’t-need-no-food but, you kinda just sound like an idiot with a different metabolism.
>>
>>22161649
> contradictory information
The problem is that there will never, and has never, been a one-size-fits-all diet. If you’re struggling with something, finding different diets to try isn’t a bad thing. OMAD seems to work for some people, simple as.
