How do I get all of the things in my picture in America on a regular basis?I cooked wiener schnitzel a couple times and it came out pretty good. I tried making the chicken and I just don't think chickens in America are as good as they are in Germany. But now I need to locate everything in my picture. Does anyone know how I can get all of this stuff? I can't even find a butcher with the right cuts for Schweinshaxe

Schnitzel is Austrian, truite à la meunière is French, no bratwurst in that pic looks Bavarian (Nürnberger politically are but culturally and culinairy are Franconian), landjäger are also not Bavarian.Seriously the only actual Bavarian things are the brezel, haxe, helles and weißbier.
