Which empanadas do you get?
>>22163178Beef, or ham and cheese. Chicken is untrustworthy and "vegetarian" could be fucking any disgusting meatless slop.
Carmel apple from taco bell, until they jewed me out of my delicious tasty snack
One of each. How is that even a question? Am I meant to be some poverty-stricken schmuck like >>22163202 is, worried about wasting money on "untrustworthy" chicken? Is there some limit on the number I can grab? No and no? Then one of each. Fucking duh>>22163215And that, too.
>>22163178Getting AI vibes from that printed sign. Disappointing.
chicken or cheese
>>22163202the vegetarian option is potato, it has always been potato but they changed the name from potato to vegetarian to adapt to the millennial agenda.
>>22163335millennials think potatoes are meat?
>>22163178why no beef & cheese
>>22163342it's not kosher
>>22163267Ai is based thoughbeitIt helped me pass $300 dollar exams
>>22163340I really hope not but I guess you can sell more empanadas if you call them vegetarian than just calling them potato empanada, I mean, I imagine someone just buying one and thinking "OH this is probably full of vegies and good stuff" and after you take the first bite you realize it's just potato, which is vegetarian so you can't complain.
>>22163178if there is ham and cheese in a pastry anywhere in the world, i am that pastry.
>>22163178there was a place, a literal hole in the wall place, in my town were you could get empanadas and sandwiches of anything, my usual favorite was the spagetti empanadas and the fried rice empanadas.
I'm not trying to be a hipster but the best ones I have had are the Chilean kind with hard boiled eggs and olives and such inside. Served with chimichurri sauce.
>>22163178Queen conch.
>>22163215They’re available again right now (although for $3)
>>22163178What sort of place just sells loose empanadas like this?
>>22163335>>22163340They probably got asked repeatedly if the potato was vegetarian, and just changed the name to avoid the question. >>22163178I think I’d pick the ones that looked the best regardless of filling. All the fillings sound good
>>22163178Out of those choices I'd get the ham and cheese, but I used to live near an Argentinean restaurant that offers "fugazetta" as an option. It's just a ton of onions with cheese but it's fucking great
>>22164334>What sort of place just sells loose empanadas like this?Any good hispanic bakery. This is fairly common around NJ. I think there was even a Wawa or Quick check selling empanadas in the heated "to go" case.
>>22163178Those empanadas look awful>>22163335Here in Argentina vegetarian empanadas have cream spinach inside.Never heard of potato empanadas.
The bakeries here stuff them with sweets: vanilla pudding, nutella, and cajeta (goat milk caramel).
>>22163178$4.50?! They used to be a buck a pop a couple years ago. I dont recall my salary increasing by 350%.
>>22163367Chimichurri sauce is simply good, nothing hipster about liking actually good things!
The secret for good empanadas is shitton of butter in the dough.
