It’s pretty good but if you really want to fix your colon issues, use Metamucil. It’s a game changer.

Something like this can help but usually if you have a good diet it won't be necessary. Eat more whole grains instead of refined, eat fruit instead of drinking sugary drinks, eat some beans, that should be a good amount of fiber.

Then I use psyllium as a fibre supplement, works great.
