I thought this was a hipster meme but it's so stretchy is that what it's famous for? I didn't actually look up why people use it
>>22165053>high gluten content>extremely finely ground and siftedYou don't need it, but it is good
>>22165053I'm thinking I should buy some of this for my kluski
>>22165058are those good or bad? i bought it just for today shippig on amazon for something else lol, but it feels super stretchy and pliable i just had a homemade pizza wit hit
>>22165068depends what you need out of your baking, wont be good for a lot of desserts, too chewy, but great for pizza and other breads where you want that chew and and structure
>>22165106yeah i still have normal fllour but tried it for the first time today with pizza and it's so pliable it's nice
Did anyone look at the package? It says PIZZA FLOUR and there's a picture of a pizza.
>>22165053We don't have King Arthur here but I've heard it's highly rated in the US.The most popular pizza flour here is Caputo 00. Probably the Blue 00 or Americano 00. They sell them in huge bags for restaurants also.I usually mix it 50/50 with other flour so it's not too floppy
