Much of American cuisine was systematically destroyed for not just generations but entire centuries, I have formulated a theory that there used to be flour that was made of finer things that powdered wheat though, like flower petals. A review of medieval books talking down on people who feel they need better bread than is made of wheat seems to corroborate this theory

I've dealt with plenty of drunk indians who have a bone to pick with any white guy they come across. My best friend throughout high school was Yavapai and as soon as he got to college he did a 180 and decided the white man was the root of all evil and doesn't associate with me any more. There is no repairing the relationship between whites and natives.

My tribe ate squirrel, rabbit, moose, partridge, and deer meat, and also would harvest bee hives to make some sort of "bee hive soup". Corn, squash, and beans of course in every meal. Strawberries and maple syrup for dessert.
