If you eat a lot of xylitol or magnesium citrate it's healthy for you but you will get diarrhea. You will poop water if you eat a lot of them. And if you eat a lot of zinc and drink a lot of strong black tea on an empty stomach, you might vomit even if it's morning.

And if you feed a dog 0.5g of xylitol per kg of its body weight, the dog will die. It's a great way to get rid of vicious pitbulls.

Just shoot it bro. Animal cruelty is barely a crime. It's like a $50 fine.

There are better forms of magnesium like Mg glycinate or l-threonate. Everyone should give mag supplements a try for a couple weeks because around 45-50% of americans are deficient and it is essential for so many things. Sleep, energy, mood, recovery to name just a few.
It could literally be life changing for some people.

What if I take a lot of psyllium husk at the same time that I eat a lot of magnesium?

What do you think about copper

>but you will get diarrhea.
You get the shits maybe 2-3 max, after that you're used to it. You will NOT get used to zinc making you sick as a dog on an empty stomach.

>you might vomit even if it's morning
what did he mean by this?

I can take zinc picolinate on an empty stomach with no issues. But that's a form that is supposed to be absorbed better than others.
>>
Bisglycinate is absorbed better/faster but I still get sick from it. Fish oil might help, will try it.. someday.

So that’s why tea makes me sick, especially if im making it plain or black
Weird

You should eat a lot more zinc, and also drink some very tannic black tea. Then you will probably vomit. I once was in a hury and took my zinc and creatine and drank black tea and went to work and just threw up there.

I'm particularly happy to see many magpies in the cities. They're funny and smart. When I have time I will start feeding them and try to get them to hang out with me.

Taking a lot of psyllium husk and a large amount of magnesium at the same time can cause severe digestive distress, including strong cramps, bloating, gas, or even a bowel blockage if you do not drink enough water.

>If you eat a lot of xylitol ... it's healthy for you but you will get diarrhea.
New study just came out saying it causes strokes and heart attacks. Not joking, apparently it causes blood clots to form.

I love you. I'm so glad my copypasta has made it into our collective conscience.

Cops investigate gunshots. You can easily end up with criminal charges. Xylitol-filled meatballs are a lot harder to trace.

Generally speaking, you don't tend to vomit at times when your stomach is empty.
