that's how i felt about the whole aunt jemima and land of lakes "controversies." i've literally never heard anyone complain about them, black people and native americans included. when i asked the opinions from some of my black and native americans acquaintances and friends they just sort of gave me a surprised look and said that "they didn't even notice that aunt jemima/land of lakes changed their logos at all and never really cared in the first place" their own words. not a single one cared. though i had 2 or 3 white acquaintances get offended on their behalf for some reason...
