>>22177320The one I bought was Rumen and comes from the 1st stomach. OP pic has the honeycomb structure which is called Reticulum and comes from the 2nd stomach. Omasum is the 3rd stomach. I was after the texture but I just couldn't get past the musky undertone taste that would linger on and no matter what I did. I've wasted about 3 on this piece of cut and I'm not doing it again.
