Feels like I'm committing blasphemy by saying this but I really prefer no yeast pizza dough (baking soda) over yeast pizza dough, it's almost biscuit like with a really flaky airy dough

>>22175233I can understand. With good flour and if you get the recipee right, i used to like no yeast, quick dough with baking powder and I'd make it pretty thin. And its way nicer than getting the yeast dough wrong if it ends up too bread-like. But ultimately, you cannot reject good pizza dough from NY or CT.
