This, but unironically.

Me too.

I've liked almost all I've tried, except some cheap blue cheese dressings, but it wasn't the blue cheeses fault. They've been raped in a cave for decades and decades and decades

My body hates any moldy garbage (probably also why I hate coffee). I once tried brie cheese from Costco and vomited uncontrollably for nearly an hour

What the fuck is wrong with you people?
>>

sorry anon but you won't survive the winter
>>
>>22175842
me too!

I've tried mold cheese a couple of times and it is definitely tasty but its SO salty that I can't eat much. Why do they put so much salt on it?
>>
>>22176723
it's to prevent bad molds from colonizing the wheel since the worst ones love a low ph salt free environment/wild yeasts that impart beyond horrid flavor during the ripening/aging stage

I have a slightly on topic question. I got a bag of grapes from a delivery grocery order that has visible mold on about half the grapes. Should I assume the rest are contaminated as well even if they don't have visible mold?
>>
>>22176891
>delivery grocery order
You should eat every moldy grape and pray that it's toxic. I know I am praying they are.
>>
>>22176891
yep if mold is flurrying then its bombed all it's spores on the non molded grapes which may contain mycotoxins depending on the mold
Its just simply safer to bin it all because mold damage is cumulative so sure you wont get sick asap but you will suffer over time due the immuno suppression abilities of mold

I'm caring for an elderly relative while they recover from a procedure and I can't leave them alone to go to the grocery store so go fuck yourself. But yeah, grocery delivery sucks and I hate it.
>>
>>22176916
Wah. Cry me a river.
>>
>>22176916
Thanks for being a good person anon
>>
>>22176916
No offense but if you feed the moldy grapes to your elderly relative you can then go to the store in person instead of getting a delivery service. Just saying.

>can't handle coffee
>can't handle aged cheese
You should consider living in a bubble

About to have a homemade burger, gonna have it with half blue cheese, half American. Also grilled mushrooms. Gonna eat the hell out of my moldy burger!

Don't care faggot.
>>

Hard cheese is the only thing I will eat after finding a spot of mold. I cut off all exposed surfaces which is probably a little much but then I eat the rest.

Everything else should be binned imo
>>
I have never had a blue cheese I've enjoyed. Shit tastes positively foul, like taking a deep breath of musty basement while huffing a used gym sock.
>>
>>22176897
very strange reason to wish death on someone. how are you doing?

Moldy cheese is delicious. Got this gorgonzola recently and it is delicious. Ive been enjoying it with kalamata olives and extra virgin olive oil. The cheese is very smooth and creamy.
A fun combo is flaked dark chocolate and a quality blue cheese. It just kinda works..
