I've had these bags of beans in the pantry for 3-4 years now. I wanted to cook them but saw that they have these holes in them. Still edible? Anything I should check for to see if I can cook them or should I just toss them?

Looks like something chewed the bag. Check for signs of mice or insects in your pantry. Dump the bag of dry beans onto a cookie sheet and inspect the lot. If you don't see anything that concerns you then put the beans back into a new resealable bag. If anything concerns you then throw the lot out. You've had those beans for 2-3 years already so they're worth the purchase price divided by the length of time you've forgotten about them.

Throw them away. Buy canned beans. Drain and rinse. Add to everything. There I just save you from eating more bugs than what's already in your food.
