ozempic makes me constipated and nauseous, but nothing else but stimulant pills has helped me lose weight and I cannot be obese anymore or I will die

meals for this feel?
>>
You don’t need ozempic and you deserve to suffer to being a pharma pig.

fruit and yogurt? i would also assume that things like soups and stews would be easier and you should limit fried/roasted food. sipping light green tea might help with the constipation but may not help with nausea.

mashed potatoes + whatever you want with them would probably be alright and they're decently healthy. or do baked/steamed potatoes.

How do people choke down yogurt? It doesn't taste good.
>>
>>22176526
I like it. Most people sweeten it to balance the acidity. It also helps if you can get fresher yogurt, storebought yogurt often has a funky off taste compared to freshly made.

You can't /thread your own post, you just look like a dumbass.

You'll get used to it.

I've gotten yogurt from the farmers market. I like the quark, the yogurt cheese, but the watery yogurt itself I cannot easily get down.
>>
>>22176529
yogurt shouldn't be watery. stir it before eating.

Zepbound user who dropped 50 pounds. First off, FUCK YOU to all the haters, I'm in /ck because I like a good meal. Matter of face a good meals with family and friends is one of life's high points. Also it took me decades to put on those pounds and if it takes a drug to get those pounds off, then so be it.

Split pea or lentil soup is great. Tastes good, fills you up and has plenty of fiber. It's summer so corn and tomato dishes are great. Also salads and sandwich. I'll skip meals if I'm not hungry.

>if it takes a drug to get those pounds off
Here’s the thing: it doesn’t. All you had to do was eat less. Eating less does not required pharmaceuticals.

You just fell for marketing, like an idiot.
>>
>>22176561
They “fell” for a method with less reliance on self control
Big deal
>>
>>22176527
>Most people sweeten it to balance the acidity
no, anon.
they sweeten it to mask the sour shitty flavor of it.
>>22176519
you, stop taking ozempic and start taking care of yourself by eating food instead of fucking candy.
candy inlcludes:
>soda
>baked goods other than white bread
>fat girl snacks ("protein" on the label)
and start walking a bit each day.
>>
>>22176519
Based GLPchad making chuds and lefties both seethe by turning to a technical solution for a perceived moral issue.

The nerves of those fatfucks. What about a big glasse of water ?
>>

tfw whole grain bread is candy
>>
>>22176579
you don't eat and don't cook
eating once a day is not normal
>>
>>22176611
>eating once a day is not normal
One a day is fine if you eat quality (i.e. protein) food
>>
>>22176789
Protein is not synonymous with “quality” lmfao
>>
Look up "annabolic recipes" or ask ketofags. If you had actually seen a doctor for a glp-1 prescription they should've told you how to go about getting nutrients.
>>
>>22176571
I dont sweeten yogurt at all I just eat it sour and fatty which is delicious

Mashed potatoes have been mentioned.
Also try honey glazed carrots
Eat as many carrots as you can
>>
>>22176526
Add jam and honey to it, some corn flakes or nuts give it a better texture. Also brands are all different so you really have to find your preferred.
>>
>>22176872
good recipe for honey glazed carrots? i have an absurd amount of honey to use up

>>22176831
my doctor is a nurse practitioner from ethiopia who barely speaks english and rushes you out of the room

>>22176875
skyr was the least bad yogurt ive had I think
and again I like quark which I think is just strained yogurt anyways

I guess I will try making mashed potatoes.
>>
Indian yogurt from Costco + granola cereal + sugar free jam works pretty well. Chicken sausages, pan fried fish, shrimp, grilled pork chops are all good sources of protein without being overly fatty. Salsa is a good topping for lots of dishes.

So grey market glp-1 then. Your options are keto recipes or if you'd rather overpay and not cook, the Fa!rlife protein core power shakes, Quest shakes, or something like picrel. I don't know if other non kroger stores have something similar. Wal-Mart maybe.
>>
>>22177031
>keto
How retarded of you.
>>
>>22176519
Don't sweat it. You have a chance of full-stomach paralysis or suicidal ideation - either way, you won't have to worry much longer.
>>
>>22176842
you're fucked.
>>
>>22177041
my stomach has emptied wayyyy too fast since I was very very young, like my mom says I had to be fed quite often and before getting fat as a child and teen I ate often and did not gain weight, I didn't gain weight until I took psych meds

>>22177031
I got it finally but it took months and I had to make tons of calls to get insurance to cover it.
>>
>>22177124
my stomach barely empties at all. sometimes I eat a large meal and I can still feel it in my stomach 12 hours later.

Doesn't sound like something you'd use if you were trying to do keto.
>>
You need a lot of fat and nitrates
I recommend Gabagool
>>
>>22177661
There's added protein, but ingredient list doesn't specify how.
