i've made them in wonton wrappers and shallow fried them, wasn't bad desu
>1kg of a blend of 3 cheeses usually aged cheddar, emanthaller or however its spelled and mozza>make roux with 50g flour/fat and heat 200ml of milk or whatever you want to use>slowly melt grated cheese into roux mixture and pour into a greased dish of your choosing>refrigerate or freeze then smash it out on a cutting board and cut into 2"x1"x4" blocks or whatever size you choose>give a light dusting of flour and return to freezer >set up your fep (flour egg panko) and feel free to season the egg with spices salt etc worlds your oyster>flour sticks 4 at a time dust off excess flour>drop into egg wash shake off excess egg and return to flour mixture and repeat the process>finish in panko and double check for spots and reapply egg and panko to the area>complete batch set in fridge for 1hr or whenever you wanna cook>heat fryer to 375f >place 4-6 at a time in the basket loose and dont shake them>breakage will happen but just ignore it>fry till golden brown and do toothpick test to see if its melted >plate on a streak of marinara sauce or whatever you choose for dipping and suchWa la
