>>22176987most stuff isn't really that hard to cook. if you can follow instructions, you can follow a recipe. better cooking will come with experience but outside of a few dishes that have very specific techniques, most foods are approachable. sorry for being obtuse, I just don't like this question, because there's literally a million things that could fit your criteria. so you should ask yourself, what do actually want to eat? what foods do you like? what would you order at a restaurant? what kind of stuff did your family cook that you liked? what are your taste preferences? what cuisines are you interested in? and find recipes that way.
